哇~~~我的螢幕在跳舞

我的螢幕最近的畫面常常上下跳動,不知道是啥原因,是螢幕太老舊ㄌ嗎(已經買ㄌ5年ㄌ),還是我的顯示卡出ㄌ問題,請大家幫ㄍ忙好ㄇ,謝謝
ps;我的顯示卡是捷元ㄉgeforce2mx

Refresh Rate 調高一點呀....

是最近才有這樣嗎?

恩``最近1 2天才這樣的``更新率去哪調ㄋ``常看到別人調75hz或是85hz為何我的電腦都看佈道ㄋ``ㄎㄎ我朋友最進買ㄌELSA的GEFORCE2MX各向顯示性能都標的清清楚楚的~~哀真的建議大家去買大場的顯示卡~~~大場果然是大場~~~而我的各項調整都看沒~~因為是英文的~~其實我的英文也不差ㄝ

The adjusting of the refresh rate is under Properties, and go to the last page where you can adjust the colors and resolutions, go to the advanced properties, and under adapter.
