我的硬碟出了問題了，不知那位大大可以幫幫我啊!
我在安裝WINDOWS98/OR ME時出現了下面的問題
一、可以進入安裝畫面的問題:有以下兩種
（一） 應用程式錯誤
W9XSETUP導致一個GENERAL PROTECTION
FAULT於模組KRNL386.EXE在0003:0177
（二） 應用程式錯誤
W9XSETUP導致一個GENERAL PROTECTION
FAULT於模組USER.EXE在0010:018A
二、無法進入安裝畫面的問題：
I:\>SETUP

To continue，press ENTER. To quit setup，press ESC.
當我執行To continue，press ENTER.出現了下面的訊息

Your disk compression software or remove the disk-cache utility.
Then run setup again.

我按了ESC 結果如下

SP=0000 SS=030F
I:\> 又跳回光碟機了
