cpu: for central processing unit, the "brain" of the computer, follows the instructions of the software to manipulate data into information. The CPU consists of two parts: (1) the control unit and (2) the arithmetic/logic unit.
是電腦的大腦. 負責所有的運算及命令. CPU 會發出命令去抓取指令. 然後根據指令的內容去動作. 例如作兩筆資料的加減. 在 CPU 內部運算時均在所謂的 Register 暫存器裡. 然後再把結果存到記憶體. 而一串的指令就是程式了. 不管是作業系統 , 應用程式對 CPU 來說均是一連串的指令. CPU 忠實的執行每一個指令來達到程式所想要達到的目的.

Bus: is an electrical pathway through which bits are transmitted within the CPU and between the CPU and other devices in the system unit. 就是主機板上的匯流排, 每一bits會由CPU傳送經由匯流排到系統上.
