I live in Chicago
I already bought a gigabyte GA-7VTXH+ and Iwill xp333
that's suck and lousy...the both are very often auto shut down.
In case gigabyte GA-7VTXH+ is auto shut down.
Another iwill xp333 wasN't work in AMD Athlon XP-1700+
When I setup bios on 133 the computer is gone.
Only can work in 1.1G what hell Motherboards.
Since I want to exchange to A7V333
Whant do you think?
I use CORSAIR PC2700 512MB DDR 64*64 MEMORY.

First, could you please list down your PC spec....

Second, what power supply are you using? seems like your psu not powerfull enough to support your CPU. must be 300W, and 350W ~ 400W is recommended if you overclock.

Besides, what heat sink fan are you using? because CPU overheat may cause your PC auto shut down too. Thus, check out your HSF whether it strong enough or fixed properly or not.

There may be hardware conflict that cause both of your board auto shut down frequently. ...especially Ram, Video Card or Sound Card! (download the latest driver or try to borrow from your friend's and test it up)

Furthermore, which OS or what application are you running when you hit this problem? Try reformat your PC, then install Via4in1 driver (if you use VIA Chips), then install Direct X 8 / 8.1, then install your video driver. Try whether it may auto shut down or not. If everthing run smoothly, plug in the sound card and others step by step (Pls. download the latest driver).

Hopefully this may help. Please try this before you buy another board, unless you got the bucks to spend.
