Excuse me all, How do you think about SONY's NBs??

Hi all,
I am about going studying abroad this summer in the states, and I am gonna buy a NB. I prefer the sony one, but i still need some comments on it......the price, CPU , and blablabla.....I am an Newbie, so please recommend me as possible as you can. Thank you so much!!
The following could be some of my questions:
1. how do you think about Sony's NB?
2. can I buy it in Taiwan? or will it be cheaper in USA?
3. tell me whatever you think about them.

I think Sony is great.
As long as you have lots of its product.
Like Clie and DC..
Then you can use the MS-Drive.

If I were you, I will choose something with 16/15 LCD+ATI Mobility Radeon 7500..

My friend is thinking about getting a GRX570...

雖然Nicholas兄是用English發問, 原諒小弟無法用濫濫的英文回答,
1.NB一般人不會想到的是用起來順不順手, 也就是習慣的問題.
歐美人的手掌平均比東方人要大許多, 所以他們都是選用較大台的NB,你帶
精美小巧的還可能會被笑說是玩具(不是重點).
2.要在國外用就要在國外買, 送修比較方便(雖然都會粉貴).
3.越精緻小巧的NB就越不耐摔, 效能, 速度比不上一般A4 size的NB, 但是好
攜帶.
4.買NB是要依照你的需求, 燒錄? DVD? 續航力? Game?

原本想打英文，發現太久沒打好多字都忘記怎麼拼了...

第一個問題我想你大可以不必問了，因為根據你的第二個問題，我想就算有人持負面觀點也不太可能改變你購買的意願吧

何況根據我的經驗，用過VAIO的人很少會說"not good".....
通常他們的反應都是"impressive"

如果你想買，最好先搞清楚一件事，US SONY的售後服務很差，完全比不上JP SONY，我也不懂為什麼，只是不少在US買的人都有這種不愉快的經驗。還有，VAIO有分日規與美規，US SONY賣的是美規機種，好處是中文化方便，鍵盤使用上比較沒問題，附的軟體也是英文的，對你而言應該比較方便。不過缺點就是跟同型日規機種比起來，部分型號會比較貴。
至於我的看法，我自己也用VAIO，當然是不可能說"no good"

但是真的良心建議，如果一定要買VAIO，請務必做好功課，不然買錯了買貴了或是機器出毛病，軟體使用有問題都會讓你覺得很嘔。

well, thank you for comments from all at first.
More questions come up in my mind:
1. What things should I notice before buying it? Please tell me more details if you want, cuz I am really out of NB. Thank you!
2. According to your words, where should I buy it ?? Taiwan or America?
It doesn't matter whether you want to use Chinese or English; I can read it all........I am from Taiwan, and it's convenient to me to type in English at all.... not to show up but to save my time..

um... um... rarely to read such a long paragraph of stuff in eng here... haha...

as being in australia, i think the only impression about SONY NB is... um... "EXPENSIVE", ont only the product itself, but the handling fee, repairing labour cost, transportation cost once u have had probs with the NB... so, sony is not quite a "recommended" brand here... (not sure about us though~~~)

as long as u can use it confortably and use it to cope with all the tasks u r gonna have, then its a good NB... like in aus, warranty is one of the most important thing u need to be aware of...

look around, and u will find the best solution for u

I think that is great,too. Especially,VAIO GRX series are first-rate choise!!!

Brand,Weight,Size of LCD.....
2nd
Bugest It's realy important.
