關於BIOS的選項？

BIOS上Advanced BIOS Features中有一個選項「MP Capable bit identify」，我不知道它的功用是什麼？說明書上沒有寫，而我又看不懂英文，有誰知道的可以告訴我嗎？

"MP Capable bit identify" 的功能是:
----show Athlon MP processor string.
(Default will not identify MP processor)

意思大概是(我用猜的)增加對AMD公司Athlon MP處理器的辨識
